Aim:
Through randomization a group of psychologist is selected to a brief pre-treatment training session focusing on case formulation and working alliance;
To examine the impact of this intervention on therapist responsiveness and client rated symptom outcome;
With this intervention, we hypothesize that the therapists will be more responsive to their clients, and building a stronger working alliance.
