Dear Editor, Generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) is a rare inflammatory skin disease characterized by episodes of erythematous eruptions with widespread sterile pustules accompanied by systemic symptoms such as high fever and fatigue. The disease is lifelong and potentially life-threatening, often due to complications such as sepsis or cardiac failure.
