N2 - The development and application of information and digital technology have triggered“computable” revolution. Meanwhile, the field of credit reporting has extended from the traditional financial credit evaluation into a new system of social governance that integrates comprehensive information collection and credit evaluation, algorithm-based service decision-making, and joint disciplinary actions against dishonesties. Taking data, the foundation of credit reporting, as the subject, this article analyzes the application of modern computing theory in credit reporting from the perspective of data collection, data transferring, data processing, algorithm and computing architecture, etc. and conducts assessment and empirical test of its performance based on technological logic.
