Mogens Jin Pedersen is Associate Professor (Promotion Programme) at the Department of Political Science, University of Copenhagen. His research and teaching focus primarily on the following issues within the field of public administration: motivation and behavior among public employees and citizens, public management and leadership, heuristics and cognitive biases in judgements and decision-making, and quantitative research methodology. He received his PhD in Political Science from Aarhus University in 2015.
