PORTICO I is a prospective, single-arm, nonrandomized, multicenter registry assessing the performance and safety profile of the Portico THV for treatment of severe symptomatic AS in patients at high or extreme surgical risk in a real-world setting. Detailed information on the study device and design was reported previously. 1 The study was performed in accordance with the most current versions of the World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki and any regional or national regulations as appropriate.
