MY PhD is part of the Light & Food project funded by the Innovation Fund Denmark.
Aim Investigate the potential of a new powerful infrared laser-light source for food analysis.
Methods A supercontinuum laser will be used to obtain spectral measurements of different food products and the data will be analysed with chemometrics.
